you can make baked goods from cocoa powder, but chocolate candy?.. I would think it wouldnt be smooth and creamy like commercial chocolate

I think so but if you can get a dark cooking chocolate in the groceries well, it's better.If you want any chocolate receipe just ask me next time ok.
