Best way to stop eating sugary foods?!


Question: Brush ya teeth. This will soon put to rest your addiction. It automatically makes you think that all those sugary foods, will taste disgusting. Just put some paste in your mouth and then rinse it out and if you ever feel the addiction coming again, do the same. If not, I'm not really sure. Get rid of all the sugary foods and etc. and learn to live without them. Good luck!

Don't buy them..

get a cavity and dont have it fixed lol

I SIMPLY CANT, so i go to a health food store and my sweets and stuff that are made with sweetners and stuff. or eat fruit? those r "good sugars".

Throw away all sugary foods from your house and stop cold turkey. Eventually you will not crave sugar anymore.

Switch to dried fruits. A good date or a handful of raisins can feel like a mouthful of toffee - it's still sugar but natural, unrefined sugar. Then graduate to slightly less sweet fruits.

Stop eating sugary foods?

Just say no not this time and have a little carbohydrate instead

eat food that contain natrual sugars such as date and dried apricot raisons,,, etc or fresh fruit they curb your sweet tooth

you know the small sweety bags with mars bars and bountys etc in, buy one of them and freeze it then when you need sweets you can have one and with it being frozen you will only want one as your jaw will be sore !!!!!!!!! i am currently doing this as i found myself getting headaches when i stopped eating so many sweets and it also has stopped most of the toothache i get aswell, good luck!!!

i eat raw veggies instead and they give me the same feeling of a energy boost

Porridge (no sugar) first thing for breakfast.
Slow digestion gives a good blood sugar level all day,so you dont get the spike up,and then down which then leads to sugary foods.

Don't buy them for the house, don't carry change when you're out and wean yourself with artificial sweeteners in your hot drinks. It worked for me.

snack regularly on non-sugary foods - like seeds, nuts, sandwiches, wraps etc. Then you are much less likely to have a hunger attack and reach for something sugary. You will notice the difference straight away - I cut out sugar and felt much less bloated and had less energy dips in the day. Good luck.

You gotta go COLD TURKEY. There is no other way.

Buy some nice fruit and nuts instead.

dont buy them,try and buy low fat stuff instead or just eat fruit if your hungry
