How do you like your fish?!
Answers: I like mine cooked through and flaky. No fish tartar for me or no sushi. I cooked a bass outdoors once and didn't get it cooked through, Needless to say....I got sick! Haven't eaten fresh water fish since. And that was 15 years ago.
I really like my fish baked or broiled. It has to have lots of butter or olive oil and also lemon juice. Garlic is good with some fish. Fried fish is not too bad if it is deep fried with fresh or clean oil. I have eaten some pretty good bass but I really like Mahi Mahi the best.
I like haddock steamed between 2 plates, with a knob of butter on till it is really soft, served with new potato & fresh bread mmm.
deep fried
most fresh water bass have a bit of mercury in it so it is not safe to eat even semi raw but , i hope you don't try such a thing again!!!!!!
I like my fish baked or grilled, and cooked thoroughly.
Sushi or any other uncooked/undercooked fish has to be frozen first to kill parasites. I don't trust anyone enough to have completed this process to risk eating it. The last thing I need is to eat some fish and then have a 20 foot tapeworm sticking out of my rear end after going to the bathroom.
It's like people that eat poisonous fish that have to be prepared a certain way or you'll die. I've NEVER eaten anything that tasted so good I'd risk dying for. INSANE.
This is easy, and I like them almost under done-- not over done

i love Talapia sauteed in olive oil and the served over sauteed fresh spinach... or you can bread it and place in baking dish with a little butter in the oven! fillets are easier to cook cause they are thinner...
