Does this sound good in a quesadilla?!

Question: refried beans, chicken, and cheese?

I've never had beans in a quesadilla so that's why I'm wondering if it will work.

I've never had beans in a quesadilla so that's why I'm wondering if it will work.

it sure will work. adding cheese and a litle salsa to the beans will help hold it together.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. I would just layer some refried beans on a tortilla then put the chicken and cheese on it as well. Here is a recipe i found.

1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (low fat is fine)
1 small onion, minced
3 teaspoons minced pickled jalapeno peppers
6 (10 inch) flour tortillas (or your favorite)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Divide and evenly spread refired beans on 3 tortillas, up to 1/2 inch from the edge.
sprinkle evenly with cheese, onion & jalapenos.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Cover with remaining tortillas.
Place on preheated quesadilla maker one at a time.
Close lid & cook for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from pan.
Slice into triangles.
Serve with salsa or sour cream if desired.
Makes 3 quesadillas 18 pieces.

Yes it will be like a mexican pizza with chicken

I hate beans but i'm sure it would be fine.

oh yah well that is just me talking i love cheese chickin and refried beans well i love food any way

yes that sounds very good

it is also good with sour cream and salsa to dip. I add grilled onions to mine when I cook it.
