Why does eating beans really make you pass gas?!
Answers: Does eating breans make you fart? Why?
Food that doesn't digest proberly passes to your intestines. The bacteria e. coli break it down into digestable components. Two of the by products are methane and vitamin K. Vitamin K is a good thing. Methane is an ingredient in farts. (mostly CO2 (expecially if you drink a lot of soda), and Hydrogen Sulfide (it takes very little of this to really stink) and a few minor gases. It's natures way.
thats something that u will have to ask the person who makes them.
they contain a lot of fibre that makes you very windy
its cleaning the bad foods out of you.
it doesn't happen to me
because they are good for your heart!lol!
There is a special sugar in beans that makes you fart which can also be found in apples, cabbage, bananas and many other foods.
Because they are rich in fibre and mineral salts. Any legume (dried peas, lentils, garbanzos and others) will have this effect.
Some say that throwing away the soaking water before cooking (add fresh water) or rinsing tinned beans before cooking will help get rid of some of the elements that cause gas.
I think it is because there is a lot of air inside beans and that could be causing the gas to form and you would need to pass it.
Also beans have a lot of fibre in which happens to be undigestable so just passes straight through your digestive system straight to your bottom causing you to fart.
Chemicals in the bean
everybody's body is different, the reason why we pass gas is because our bodies have and allergic reaction to that kind of food, i can eat spinach and broccoli and beans all day and i dont get gas but if i eat one carrot im exploding through the nite, all races are different it just depends
Because they are high in polysaccharides. Particularly oligosaccharides, which are fed on by bacteria in the lower intestine and produce excessive gas.
its because theres alot of fiber and iron in them plus it also cleans out ur system.U dont want to live in a cabin with someone whos just eaten a whole plate of beans .
There is a sugar in most beans that is digested by a specific part of the digestive track. The breakdown of this sugar produces large amounts of gas that, I am sure you have noticed, smells very different.
Soak the beans overnight and cook them in fresh water (not the water you soaked them in because that is where the magic sugar is).
If beans are soaked and cooked properly they will not give you gas. Canned beans are perfectly good and are presoaked to remove the offending ingredient.
Beans contain sugars the human body simply cannot digest. These sugars are called oligosaccharides and once they reach the lower intestines, the bacteria go berserk, start feasting, and make loads of gas. Thats why many people pass gas when they eat beans.
Hope this helped,?
Yes it is true. It's because of a curtain sugar that our bodies can not digest so to get rid of it the sugars go through your system forming toxic gas chambers; by then there's on one way out. Yuck!
Beans dont make me fart lol hmm eww stinky
