Lettuce or Cabbage or Broccoli?!

Question: Lettuce has no food valkue. It doesn't even repay you the work of eating it. Perfect for dieters.

Red cabbage has lots of good things in it but it needs to be marinated or choppsed up well and sweetened to taste very good.

Broccli, added to beans, is perhaps the best protein source on planet; it is least caloric if prepared by steaming it and then added it to other things--and it doesn't lose its vitamins and minerals that way.

Enjoy!
