it does if u normally drink a lot of pop and ur suppose to drink about 8 glasses a day...waters a lot healthier than any pop..and if u get sick of just water u could get propel and they have flavors like lemon grape black cherry strawberry kiwi and i think theres like 2 more but there really good and some of them have no calories and some others might have like 10 calories but there really good and healthy for u so i would go with those
