You want to try to make sure you don't have the word "candy" in the name because then people will assume it's just candy and won't know you also have baked goods as well. But that's just my opinion :-)

Whatever you choose, put "of <YourTown>" here in the name, so you reduce the risk of having a trademarked name taken and getting sued. [Example: Sweeties in Springfield]
I would suggest looking at the PTO (Patent and Trademark Office) once you have chosen your company name to ensure that it isn't taken.
