Most filling would have to be biscuits and sausage gravy over hashbrowns mmmm Pork stays in your body a long time too.

"fulfilling" in the sense of making you feel fully fed and giving you energy all day - Irish oatmeal bread - the real thing. One slice is a meal all in itself - and, yes, it is delicious. First time I ever had it was in a pub where I ordered a full Irish breakfast - my bf of the time ended up eating everything else while I just had the bread and tea, cause I couldn't fit in anything else!

"fulfilling" in the sense of taste and nutrition both - hmmmm - probably malaysian red bean curry over brown rice - delicious, full of vegetables and protein (I prefer mine with tempeh, but it is great with chicken too), not too many carbs, low glycemic index, spicy, not too heavy, uses good oil (malaysian and thai curries are traditionally much lighter than indian and chinese versions and generally made with coconut oil, which is better for you).
