I am trying to bake these things?!

Question: and it says that I need some kind of cooking spray to spray on the baking sheet, but I don't have any. What else could I use?

Its not cookies or anything, so I don't want to use butter or anything like that cuz I think it will taste like sh*t.

yes I have baked them too...you can use parchment paper...do you have any? If not, is the pan you are using NO STICK...if so I'd take a Chance but you could also use a few drops of olive or canola oil on a paper towel and rub it on the pan you are going to use...any of the things I told you will work.

What are you bakeing?
Just you pam. (only need a little)
cant really taste it.

Well cooking spray usually is "butter flavored" so you would have probably gotten the same taste either way.

use a thin coating of cooking oil because that is what cooking spray is, cooking oil in a can.... if you do not have that then you will have to use a very thin coating of melted butter. what are you trying to bake??

Put em in the microwave

Dazed is correct. Cooking spray (a.k.a. Pam) is vegetable oil in a pressurized can. You can use a paper towel or brush and put a thin coating of oil or melted butter on a cookie sheet or in a baking pan. Giant Bites (if I recall, something along the line of stuffed corn bread), would be fine with either.
