Bagged lunches?!
also i was wondering if anyone had any healthy fruit smothie ideas that they would like to share.
Answers: i still go to school and i want to now if theres anything that i can bring that is healthy that i could quickly pack in the morning.

for the bagged lunch:
Maybe you could make a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich or turkey sandwich and carrots or yogurt! Or you could pack a salad if you have a container to put it in!
fruit smoothie:
1 cup whole milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 bananas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 to 2 cups crushed ice
In a large-capacity blender combine all of the ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve the smoothies in chilled tall glasses.
