Is this a good breakfast?
This is about a 300 calorie breakfeast which is really healthy. It is tons of vitamins and it is only about 300 calories. so my answer is yes that is a really healthy breakfast.
Yes Sarah Doll- a perfectly healthy breakfast- you may want to add some grain to balance it out- a slice of "diet" toast or some Special K would be great....

If it keeps you full up til morning snack or lunchtime (whenever you eat) then it's good. Lots of fruit to start the day with gives you a big boost of fiber and vitamins. Plus if you have a glass of warmed water with a little squeeze of lemon before it all then much the better as it apparently wakes up your digestive system after the long fast over night.
Some critics might say that there's not much carbs in there but the banana is has quite a lot of carbs in it, only thing I would add is more fruit, instead of half a kiwi try a whole one or even two.
That's good, but eat the whole Kiwifruit.
Mash half the banana and spread on toast and shove under the grill in the oven to heat a little.
You need protein to go along with that. I am not sure what your diet is, but you could try some natural peanut butter (about two tablespoons) on a wheat tortilla or some toast, have two cups of egg substitute or two eggs scrambled and a 6 ounce cup of youghurt or a glass of milk. Your brain needs protein to operate and your body needs protein for your muscles.
yeahh, but try adding some 100% whole grain/wheat toast. or some Curves whole grain cereal with either skim or 1% milk. and water is good, but if you have the time. try making home-made orange juice or any other kind. OJ helps you immune system(:
healthier than McD's
Way healthier than mine. Keep it up!
Healthy but not balanced. How about adding a lowfat yogurt with some granola on top?
You're on the right track, but you have no protein or anything with staying power. Add some whole grain cereal with low fat or skim milk, a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter or one egg white and you'll find you won't be hungry as soon.
