Was this a healthy breakfast?!

a few pieces of french cheese
a cup of tea

Answers: a small bowl of strawberries and cream quaker oatmeal
one ricecake
a few pieces of french cheese
a cup of tea

I'd say it's ok. The strawberries and cream quaker oatmeal is loaded with white sugar and artificial flavoring-- stuff you don't need to put in your body! Switch to plain oatmeal, and cook it in milk to add protein. You could even add chopped walnuts, raisins, wheat germ, wheat bran, or milled flaxseeds to it. Spice it up with cinnamon and/or nutmeg. You can lightly sweeten it with all-natural sweeteners like raw honey or maple syrup.

Tea is definitely healthy, especially if you are drinking green tea.

The cheese and ricecake are both fine. Just make sure not to eat too much cheese.

very

Yes its great

KINDA

Sounds good to me

sounds healthy to me.

Yupp good job

I would say yes. Good for your eating healthy!!!

ok

it sounds like one damned healthy breakfast to me

add some protein and its great

Extremely. Especially since you actually eat breakfast. The most I ever have is fruit or tea or hot chocolate, but only one little thing at a time.

yes, but sometimes i would add in protein and calcium like an egg with melted cheese on top along with a glass of milk.
another yummy breakfast -- weight watchers toast with peanut butter and and apple or banana. keeps you full and it's so tasty!! and of course very healthy

yes you should add a little fat to it like lets say sausage maple sausage is my favorite

skip the cheese

Yes it was very healthy. Fruit, grain, dairy, a healthy breakfast.

yea! besides protien and veggies, you have almost all of the food groups!

sounds good to me, lots of calcium and antioxidants, plus healthy carbohydrates. Good choice!

Sounds healthy! UHM... I think a little less carbs.
Maybe this:

Oatmeal
+
Toast
+
Starwberrys
+
Milk.

Hah but I dont know what im talking about... I dont even eat breakfast.

Sounds healthyto me, but that is alot of food to be eating for breakfest. Try just eating the strawberries and oatmeal for breakfest, and the nest day eat a ricecake and cheese.

yes

sure was. where are your veggies?

Not my choice, but it sounds good to me.

Yes, but healthy or not I would love it.

How could that be healthy? There's no bacon or biscuits and gravy. And where's the beer?

yeah its healthy

i dont like cheese
