Sturgeon roe is most common.
They run from fishy&salty to fishy&veryverysalty.

All of them are expensive, but the black russian caviar is UNbelievably expensive!

baluga (sp?) is the best kind from what i understand.. and its like 150$ for a few oz.. expensive stuff..
