Answers: Please no pancakes i;ve had them twice in row!

You've been given lots of good quick ideas now. However, I made this last night and baked it this morning and it was excellent. You could make one and eat it all week heated up in the microwave. That's my plan for the week. I put a little less butter and sugar in it for my personal tastes...but it was really tasty and easy. Baked Amish Oatmeal. It really did taste like Oatmeal cookies.

The other thing I do is saute a bunch of peppers and onions (sometimes zucchine or whatever other veggies I have laying around) and keep them in my fridge for quick omelettes.
Good luck with your breakfast situation :)
