Does mustard have calories in it?!

It is basically water with some spices that give it color and flavor and ground up mustard seed, it has traces of the above, but are not significant or measureable.
no really, there are tons of stuff out there with no calories. mustard doesnt have any calories. if you want to make sure. read the label

no some other foods dont have calories but mustard defenitly has calories even low fat mustard (wich i have tried, and it tastes like crap) actually mustard is high in sodium, so it probably has 50-100 calories a bottle (8oz)
No there is no calories in the Frenchs Classic Yellow mustard. I just looked since it is right here next to me and the calories are 0. There is also no calories in ketchup either.
Not in regular yellow mustard. In honey mustard there are 10 calories per teaspoon. My training at the gym said that mustard is a "free food".
yes there's calories in mustard. 10 calories in one tablespoon i think? look on the back of a mustard thingy. but yes, there is. sodium too.

So minute that it don't count. Grey popon is hideous . Get Meijer brand . Or make your own with colemans mustard. It hot.. Any mustard is better than mayeonase. Calorie wise
