Am I insane?!

Question: I came home drunk late last night. At first I thought this was a dream. I had a sirloin steak, grabbed a plate, some bbq sauce, and I ate an entire sirloin raw. I feel fine ussually eat steak rare but I blacked out and would never eat any meat raw. I must be losing my mind.

I guess that would depend on your definition of "insane"? If you are knowlingly insane then, if only to yourself, the likely answer is, you probably are not insame. If a person is truely insame, why would that person even take the time to ask "am I insane"? If you are NOT insane, by asking the quesiton "am I insane" you are obviously running a self test, even if unknowinly done, to figure out what you've done or not done to cause the insanity. Read that again carefully. May sound somewhat insane in itself.

So, by asking the question, "am I insane", you've just proven to yourself, you are not insane!!

have another drink or twenty to deal with this tragedy

be glad that you didn't get a terrible stomache

Yea, but just be thankful it was not pork or chicken. Yuk!

Sincerely, patzen.

No- steak tartare is damn good, so insanity - no, alcoholism, maybe.......

Sounds like you need to take some iron vitamins.

That's only one of the things that happen when you get drunk. Keep it up and you may well lose your mind. The good thing is that you had the presence of mind to use a plate and a sauce. So you're not too far gone yet.

If only you had ground the steak and added onion, mustard, salt and pepper you would have been eating steak tar tar. Hopefully, the steak was fresh and you don't get e-coli.
