pepsi- i think its a little bitter
iced tea- lemon-ey really sweet
gingerale- plain and bubbley

pepsi is sweeter than cocacola and the other pop you said i never had but like orange soda taste like oranges. grape soda tastes like grape. Hopefully that is enough advice to get you somewhere.
