Just do it! No, really, when I was addicted to caff. I just used half reg. coffee, and half decaf in the basket. They sell it now 50/50. But I also like flavored, so I buy both. That way I can serve fully decaf for desert if entertaining in the evening.

P.S. Thanks for your service!

6 decaf

ZERO

Wow! That's alot! I would cut back each day or week. For example if you have 2 1/2 cups try 2. Then next week try 1 1/2 and so on. Drink plenty of water because caffine can make you dehydrated.

i drink 1 cup every morning (hazelnut-my favorite)!

I drink one in the morning. Sometimes I may have one in the late afternoon. I take it black. That is down from 10 a day double double.

I never drink decaf. When I was trying to cut back I tried switching to decaf, my doctor wanted me to cut out coffee totally and when I told her I had switched to decaf - she told me that coffee was coffee. That's fine with me, I don't drink decaf any more. Didn't like it anyway.

i have one HUGE cup in the morning, probably the equivalent of a double espresso, with lots of hot milk. rarely will i have any more coffee during the day, sometimes a cup in the mid-afternoon if i really need it, but not often. in the evening i usually make a pot of black tea and share it with the family, so we each get 1-2 cups (and some caffeine). after that we switch to herbal tea for the rest of the evening after dinner.

I don't drink any. In the mornings I just drink a cup of milk or juice. Just like my kids.

2-3 cups of coffee for me,love coffee.

I drink 2 cups per day.:)
