i was asking this question literally 10 seconds ago and then questions that are 'related' to mine poped up and i clicked on yours. but my cousin and i both tried doing it and i think i might have lost count at one time during it but mine took me 128 licks. aha. it took so long.

let's see...1...2...3...CRUNCH!!! just kidding...you know, I tried once to count and I kinda stopped at 45 it was just too delicious! i mean, i couldn't concentrate...so, an estimate? around 57... also, it depends on how hard you're licking the tootsie pop (how much saliva you're useing) so, if you're licking slowly and softly, you'll use more licks than if you lick quickly and with a whole lot of force!
