Answers: a custard made using creme instad of eggs

do u mean fresh cream?

crème fra?che is pronounced 'krem fresh'. It is a thick and smooth soured cream with a rich and velvety texture. This matured cream has a nutty, slightly sour taste produced by culturing pasteurized cream with a special bacteria. (However, in France where it originated, the cream is unpasteurized so it naturally contains the bacteria necessary to make crème fra?che.) The butterfat content does vary (usually 30%), as there is no set standard so you will find every brand tastes a little differently.

Crème fra?che is pronounced "krem fresh." It is a thick and smooth heavy cream with a wonderfully rich and velvety texture. Creme Fraiche is widely used in France, where the cream is unpasteurized and contains the "friendly" bacteria necessary to thicken it naturally. Since creme fraiche doesn't curdle when boiled, it's the ideal thickener for many sauces and soups. Vegetables (particularly potatoes) benefit from a dollop of it. It's also delicious on fresh fruit, cakes, cobblers, and puddings.

crème fra?che we eat it in lots of things here in France. goes with just about everything
