Answers: We have packets of tortellini (fresh), and you can buy pesto sauce, and heat them up and voila, and entree! A stalk a broccoli and you're done!

vegetarian soup
spinach & mushroom quesadillas
1 bag spinach leaves
1 box sliced mushrooms
enchilada sauce
shredded cheese
tortillas
wilt the spinach in a little enchilada sauce, then season with salt to taste. saute the mushrooms in a little more enchilada sauce until softened. put some spinach and mushrooms on a tortilla and top with shredded cheese, then fold in half. cook in a heated skillet until browned and crispy on both sides. remove to plate, slice with pizza cutter or scissors into wedges.
My hubby's version of tuna helper. It looks and sounds gross but it's so good!
2 cans of tuna in oil, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 soup can of milk
1/4 pound of Velveeta, cubed
--Heat all that up until the cheese has melted
Add a handful of frozen peas, garlic powder, and pepper.
--Serve on toast

30 Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner
1 Tbs. veg. oil
4 Skinless,boneless chicken breast
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cups uncooked instant rice
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
Heat oil in large skillet. Cook chicken about 10 to 15 mins or until done.Remove chicken. Add soup, water, paprika, and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Return chicken to pan and sprinkle with additional paprika. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 mins or until broccoli is tender. Enjoy!
