Phytoestrogens are found in many common plant foods, including soya products, particularly soya milk, tofu and soya flour, plus linseeds – (sometimes known as flaxseeds) lentils, chickpeas, mung beans, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds, many other beans, greens and yellow vegetables to some extent and the plant red clover

Soy is rich in plant estrogens, which may help symptoms of menopause. Flaxseed is also high in phytoestrogens.

Frozen soya beans (birdseye do them). They are such a high source that some guy who loved them too much developed gynomastia, so they should have enough to boost your levels.

Also, some oestrogen should be produced by glands higher up in the body, so check with your doctor about how to encourage them to produce more. Not all oestrogen glands are in the pelvic area.
