there are different ways to look at the question
if you're looking into sugar free cookies or candy in terms of taste, then no. I'm not diabetic, but my father was recently diagnosed, and I can't taste the difference in any of his desserts. but if you go back perhaps 3 + years heck yea there was a difference in taste! It was bitter, with a horrible after taste.

You could look at the question in terms of money. sugar free products are more expensive then regular products. Yet there is not much of a cost difference. you could do a graph with ingredients, and what each cost to make a sugar free /reg chocolate candy, or dessert.

Good luck.. I think the price of products may be the easiest.

use a line graph or a bar chart

You should make a bar graph detailing the difference in nutritional content. That would cover the differences when eaten. I would also suggest including a pie chart, detailing the various chances to die from ingestion of neurotoxins from eating the food in question. Since sugar free food, contains a neurotoxin, it should have a higher chance to turn you into a vegetable.

Oh, and my roommate noted that sugar free chocolate tastes really nasty as well.
