An easy morning breakfast that provides energy?!

Whole grain/high fiber breakfasts will digest slower and give you more lasting energy. Oatmeal or high fiber cereal do the trick for me, or something like an apple with a bit of peanut butter - complex carbs, fiber, and protein.

Refined grains like most bagels and "junk" cereals digest quickly and leave you hungry and tired before lunchtime.

BAGEL!!!!!!! :) works every time. Also water throughout the day.

I like fruit and hot oatmeal.

yogurt, cereal, and juice does the trick for me

peanut butter on wheat toast with a banana and 100 percent juice.

a granola bar and milk

an english muffin with butter and seedless strawberry jam

A great, high energy breakfast would be a whole wheat english muffin or toast, toasted with 2 table spoons of peanutbutter with honey and banana slices or apples.You could also try a cup of yogurt with granola and dried or fresh fruit. I hope i could help!

Classic milk and cereal, thats what i had today and a monster khaos. it may be an energy drink, but i think its the best energy drink for you cuz its made out of 70 percent fruit juice and no high fructose corn syrup =P

fruit loops btw with WHOLE milk, forget that 2 percent and skim milk crappola
