Does cilantro taste like sweaty gym socks to you?!
Answers: Most definitely. Like they've been left in the gym locker all year. Yuck, can't stand cilantro.
I hate the taste of cilantro...it has a very awkward flavor
don't you have anything better to do with your time than ask STUPID questions?
wow
I have never had the opportunity to taste gym socks. What the hell does your mother feed you? Are gym socks even digestible?
I guess you had older brothers and/or sisters who tortured you by holding you down and stuffing sweaty gym socks in your mouth. Whew, I can only imagine the therapy you must now need from such a horribly traumatic event in your life. Somehow you got that horror confused with the clear sweet taste of cilantro, one of God's finer creations for us to enjoy.
I wouldn't touch a good Salsa without it.
Sweaty gym socks and cilantro taste best with tequila.
Soak socks overnight in 26 oz. of the cheapest tequila chill for six hours.
Twelve hours before frat party, add brown sugar until dissolved, strain mixture and add five packs of lime jello and four teaspoons of cilantro stir and pour into a two inch pan. Place in freezer. In the mean time using red food colouring drench socks that you have placed aside, and chop in tiny pieces. These can be use for garnish after cutting your party jello into 1 inch squares. If the tequila came with the worm mince with any leftovers from Taco Bell and dollop on top of each square before serving.
I hope this helped.
I am gonna try Ronnies idea, sounds great too, but I will let Stooge sample it first.
No. Then again, I have never tasted a sweaty gym sock.
Not at ALL! I LOVE the taste of cilantro! I make my own salsa and it just isn't the same without it...
cilantro, lemon, garlic, chilies, coarse salt, pepper, olive oil is a great combo for a fresh Mediterranean taste.
I use it sparingly and rarely raw. You should never overcook any fresh herb, it becomes bitter... Coriander seed has an earthy back-note to its sweetness when used unroasted and that same sensation comes through the citrus flavors of the fresh leaf. In the wrong hands a lethal weapon but when used judiciously a nice gustatory highlight in your culinary repertoire.
loose i think someone put something in your gym socks. cilantro's my favorite herb.
