Question: We are planning a benefit for a friend who has been diagnosed with cancer and would like to sell hamburgers and hotdogs. We are in Florida and need to know if we need a permit to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Food vendors must purchase state licenses that are currently $91.00 for 1-3 days and $105.00 for 4-30 days. Contact the Florida Department of Business for a temporary food service permit at (850) 487-1395. NOTE: They do not accept cash.
