for adults its something like 40g, a maximum of 20g being saturated fats (the bad ones)
15-18 year old might be a bit more because they are generally more active. but at the same time, youngsters are a bit smaller than adults so they might not need as much fat. the most important thing is carbohydrates for energy (pasta, etc) and protein to help with growth.
