Why does milk curdle?!


Question: I had a nice tall glass of milk thins morning and it made me so sick! Why does that happen? I am not lactose intolerant.

I believe curdleing is the result of bacteria in the milk changing its structure, or maybe its the different portions of the milk seperating from each other. in any case, alot of people think that you should either drink milk right when it comes out of the cow, or wait until it turns into sour cream, or one of its other many tasty forms.
