Do you know any sour drink?!


Question: at my sleepover we are going to play "never ever have i" but we are 14 and 15 sour i want something really sour we can drink. maybe something hot but not hot sauce. oh and where can i buy it??

You can buy no sugar added cranberry juice or no sugar added grapefruit juice, or you can make lemon juice. Buy the concentrated no sugar added lemon juice (the bottle is usually yellow) and add as much as you'd like to a cup of water!

For hot, why not mix up a special brew: tomato juice with cajun spices, chilli powder/spices and tobasco sauce?

Lemon Drop recipe

*1/2 oz vodka
*1/2 oz lemon juice
*drop sugar into bottom of glass.
To make this into a punch for you and your friends, work with bottle ratio's. So equal parts of each up to the amount you would like. You can rim the glass or even the tot glass with sugar.

*1 1/2 oz Strasberi vodka
*2 oz sweet and sour mix (recipe at bottom of page)
*3 drops lemon juice
*1/2 tsp sugar
Same instructions as before.

Sweet and sour mix is often just refered to as sour mix, and is available at most liquor stores
All the above can be shaken with ice or if making in large quantities, put it in the freezer. Hope you enjoy.

sweet/sour mix:
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup water
Combine sugar and water until all the sugar is dissolved. Add lemon and lime juices and refrigerate.

How about a glass of buttermilk. YUMMY
