Try them with extra sharp chedder cheese and club crackers.

I like them and I eat them out of the can if I'm alone. If I have company, I put them on a pretty plate and stick toothpicks in them.

YUMMMMM!!!! When I was 18 and moved out on my own, my dad used to leave little care packages on my doorstep about twice a week on his way home from work. The contents you ask? 2 cans of smoked oysters, a box of butter crackers and a bottle of wine. I can't think of a better dinner!!! (I eat 'em out of the can too!!)

I love the Canadian ones but the New Zealand Bluff oysters are the best. I batter em and fry em 3 or 4 at a time and i can eat 3 dozen easliy at one go.

lol...is there any other way...yup out of the can here to.
oh...cheese on them..thanks for the idea...

Smoked oysters, love them! I only buy two can, because I OD on them. I don't serve it to visitors, because I don't like to share them. Since you are home, you can eat them from a can, drain them and place on a dish to put on crackers. I love them over hot rice. We got our kids to try them when they were younger by telling them they were for adults only. They don't share theirs either!

I love them and you can eat them naked at home if you want. I put vinegar, garlic and Hot sauce on mine and serve with a good beer. Damn it I'm out of them... can you e-mail me some?

theres nothing wrong with eating them out of the can, just when you have company that arn't like yur close friends that do it to put them on a dish with tooth picks of little olive forks... be creative

yes right out of the can .
