Ever had frog legs?!

Question: How is it?
I don't think I can bring myself to do it.
My cousin said she had frog legs, is it only the legs they eat?

Yup, only the legs.
They taste chicken-ish if they are cooked thoroughly... usually breaded and deep-fried. If they are not cooked all the way through, they taste fishy... and are probably hazardous because of the salmonella.
Ditto for aligator tails.

no i haven't but i know people who have and they all like it

Of course. Nice with a lot of garlic.

I have never heard of anybody eating any part of the frog except the legs and they taste like fishy chicken. Very lean meat.

Yes, it is only the legs that are eaten. Very good supermarkets and specialty store carry them in stock already prepared the same way you can buy quail. I prepare about 4 or 5 times a year, simply dredged in seasoned flour and sauteed in medium heated pan with oil & butter. I serve with roasted potatoes and asparagus and carmelized carrots.

No. They don't taste like chicken.

No but I would try it
yes it is

Frogs legs are a mild white colored meat similar in taste to trout or chicken. I remembered eating them fried. The only part of the frog I ate were the legs
