I suffer from severe nausea,,,,,and am starving:((((?!
Answers: what can i eat for dinner and wont turn against my tummy?
You might want to try chicken or beef broth, jello, maybe some saltine crackers. If that works slowly add solid food. You might also want to contact your doctor with your symptoms and see what he has to say.
water
u may just have a random tummy bug,if so starve completly for 24 hours drinkin only water and then try something filling but bland like beans on toast o scrambled egg on toast with sugary tea.if that dont help, dnt wna worry u bt do a pregnancy test mate x
go to the doctor if you think it is bad
try clear chicken broth, that's easy to digest
Don`t eat for twenty four hours but drink plenty of fluids opr you will not only feed yourself you will feed the bug aswell. good luck get better soon.
hospital will do da trick
eat some tasty meal
First take one teaspoon of baking soda and a glass of water to help the nausea. After 5min. You should be clear to eat anything except squid :)
You can eat anything that's not spicy and without milk. Try to drink warm tea (no sugar) before you eat. The tea helps a lot...
Ritz Crackers
Saltine Crackers
Jello
Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast without butter or jam
You could drink Gatorade or Powerade which will help to restore your fluids in case you get sick, and it is better for you than water is when you are ill! Make sure to take SMALL SIPS of Gatorade or Powerade, because if you don't,that will really upset your stomach and make you sick. If you have high blood pressure or some other serious health condition, make sure to ask your doctor if you can consume this or not since these drinks have alot of sodium in them.
Chicken Broth,no vegetables or noodles
*Just eat slowly and stick to things that are light and then once you start feeling better,SLOWLY start adding a little bit more to your diet each day such as noodles,or meat to see how you feel. If you start getting sick again,go back to a plain diet and talk with your doctor about it because it could be an indication of a serious health problem*
