New Zealand lamb.?!

Question: I am sure that I read that all N/Z lamb is "HALAL" meat so that it can be eaten by a wider number of people.
It doesn`t bother me because it is a cheap fatty substitute for our home reared product and I wouldn`t buy it anyway.
But is this true?

We get New Zealand Lamb cheaper and it is about 6 months old or more when it finally sits on our tables (UK)
I decided the other day only to buy English from now on because the taste goes out of old frozen NZ.
Will someone tell me what HALAL meat is.

I haven't never heard that NZ lamb is HALAL. Why would it be as it's not a Muslim country there? Home reared product is best but NZ lamb is not that bad.

You do not intend to use the meat>>???
So why..?
Lamb is both halal and kosher if procesed according to the Religious laws.???
All the cooking tips I know,,are the more fat the better the flavor..
but (I assume) in the UK they get set in a rut and new stuff well - - - - la de dah

I've not heard that.
Why would it bother you?
Would it bother you less if it was kosher, rather than halal?
Do you know about the elderly Scottish ewes that are sent to Yorkshire for a holiday and come back as Scotch lamb?
NZ lamb is much better, including much less fatty, than Scotch lamb.

no it is not halal,it is bred and slaughtered in n/z, it would have to by law have a label on it to tell people.

no it is not true
