Do you like the taste of leftover meat?!
Answers: I cannot eat any kind of leftover meat, such as hambuger or chicken ,pork, beef. It tastes gross to me, anyone else?
I agree with you 100%,I thought I was the only one who didn't like leftover meat,I am glad that I am not the only one who feels this way! ;-)
If you eat it cold, it's not leftover only, it's cold.
Grind the leftover meat plus add some fresh ground meat and make a meatloaf.
And forget about gross... :))
interesting .. I on the other hand very much enjoy left over meats in all the types you identified above .. I often eat them cold for lunch the next day .. but if we were all the same, just think how boring the world would be!
I'm not exactly sure of the term leftover: On Sundays, I cook beef, ham & chicken for slicing and making weekday meals and luncheon sandwiches. I never think of it as leftover. Tastes really good. Better than deli anytime without preservatives.
It's is only left over when you can't find any other way to eat it, try making a rice dish with it, turn it into stew, or spice it up a bit.
If you have leftover beef or chicken, run it through a meat grinder. You can also run a small peeled fresh onion and a few pickles (either dill or sweet) through the grinder. Add a little mayonnaise and mustard, and use it to make a sandwich. I've never tried pork this way, but cured ham is very good.
It's a shame to waste food, and this way makes meat a lot tastier.
I love leftover meat. It always tastes better the next day.
Depends on the way it's cooked for me. I don't like leftover fried or roasted chicken on the bone, but boneless breast as, say, parmigiana or in Chinese food - bring it on, warmed or still cold. With beef, hamburger is ok re-heated, but certain steaks and roasts aren't good leftover.
If you asked my husband, he'd basically say - bring me your leftovers, I'll eat it all! LOL!
