ok, well, i have no idea what groceries you have on hand, so i'll just brainstorm some things we eat a lot.

- yogurt with lowfat granola (soy yogurt)
- wholegrain baguette with low-sugar whole fruit preserves, milky tea (soy or nutmilk)
- wholegrain toast with nut butter and sliced banana
- oatmeal, cream of wheat or other hot cereal with dried fruit and nuts
- corn grits with margarine, nutritional yeast, and a touch of onion, red pepper flakes and a dash of liquid smoke (tastes like cheese grits)
- polenta covered with sauteed veggies, good for anytime of day
- miso soup with tofu cubes (and a little leftover white rice mixed in, if you have it....traditional Japanese breakfast)
- kheer (rice pudding with fruits and milk - just use the milk analogue of your choice)
