i have never ate something really weird, but my friend has eaten cow tongue, and a fly. the worst part was is that she really liked it EWWWWWWW!!

Jellyfish, whale sashimi, horse sashimi, teriyaki grasshoppers. Half a kid goat skull, roasted. The time I ate the goat I was so hungry the meat on the face side wasn't enough, I scooped out and ate the brains as well.
Guinea pig while in Peru. Didn't really care for it.
Alligator pizza? The fatty part of the tail is pretty tender, the taste and texture are similar to pork chops.
I bought a case (12 cans) of rattlesnake meat at a yard sale once- it does indeed taste like chicken.

Well what you considered wierd is normal to others.
I eat squirrel, racoon, deer, pickled suckers, fried northern pike eggs, Venison heart\liver, frog legs, squab ( young pigeon) Darn near anything that doesnt run faster then me, will bite on a hook or is big enough to shoot is liable to be on a dinner plate.
Deep fried turkey testicles. It was a tradition in the area I lived in. And they were actually good. Just a bit salty. And served with coleslaw, cheese cubes, and Texas toast.

Hmmm....Probably Veal tongue, brain and kidney.
All were great but the kidney was not so much for me...Has a SLIGHT urine taste to it.
