Mmm....yes, I like it, especially sprinkled with a bit of olive oil and parmesan and then grilled. Good stuff!

Yes it is delicious. Coat it in flour and fry it up till its soft. Yumm. If you dont cook it enough its hard and gross.

Egg plant in China is one of the main side dishes. It is very delicious and nutricious and all Chinese cooks know how to cook it. It doesn't taste at all like the egg plant of the west but is slightly sweet.

I like it. I've put it in veggie soups and stews. Eggplant parmigiana is good.

slice it lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices, marinade in Italian dressing then grill on the BBQ. YUM!

Also, if you've ever had the greek dish Moussaka, you've eaten eggplant. also yum!

YES, it's good. definately, bredded and fried.
I like it Bredded (whole, circular slices), Fried, Put in a Baking Dish SMOTHERED with Italian (Gravy) Sauce & Mozzarella Cheese a bit of Ricotta Cheese, spread on it and Baked in the oven......
Yummmmeeeee, Eggplant Parmesan!!

I love eggplant. During the summer and early fall, I'll pick a fresh one and peel it then slice it about 1/2" thick. Throw it on the grill with a thin BBQ sauce til it's done. It's delicious. This time of year I either make eggplant parmesan (like chicken or veal parm) or stuffed eggplant (similar to stuffed peppers). In fact, it's on sale at the grocery tomorrow, so I'll be buying one and having it again real soon!

Yes I do. It is really good cooked certain ways. I love eggplant parmesan or grilled eggplant with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. It is great.

well, i do!!! i love eggplant...

like it, love it! You just never had GOOD eggplant...it must have the bitter remove by salting it on toweling, the liquid that drains off has the bitter in it. Makes such a difference
