Why does the steamed rice at Chinese restaurants taste different then the rice you steam at home?!
Answers: what kind of rice do they use? how do you make it to taste the same?
Sticky rice! Usually you can find it in the International Foods Aisle at the bigger grocery stores. If you have any Oriental Markets nearby to where you live you can also find it there. The easiest way to get perfect rice is to go out and purchase a rice cooker which you can find affordably at stores like Walmart, Meijer, etc.
Hope this helps. ;)
