From what I've read and tried, there are a few things that will help you look younger (reduce wrinkles, give your skin a glow, reverse gray hair, and whiten teeth).
1. Cucumbers (not pickles)
2. Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (ACV)--not the clear stuff, but the cloudy brown vinegar that you can buy at a health food store, Braggs is my favorite. Mix 1 tsp. AVC with 8 oz water and honey to taste. Drink this three times a day. GREAT for skin and hair (will help gray go away and stop hair from falling out). This drink also boosts energy levels. You can also substitute any vinegar for the ACV in recipes.
3. Oil Pulling....you can try this (see website below for explanation). Use your own judgment on this one. It can NOT hurt you, but there are differing opinions as to its "truth." I have found that my teeth became noticeably whiter, my gums stopped bleeding and my skin was younger looking. I don't know about the "disease" claims they make, but it did make me feel and look younger.

Anything that naturally has bright colors ... brightly colored fruit, veggies, etc. They're packed with antioxidants that reportedly help fight aging and disease. I think wild salmon (not farmed) is also good for this.
On a sidenote, I did a diet called Body for Life, which is all healthy foods, and I definitely noticed a difference in my skin, and I looked younger. It was made up of whole grains, lean proteins, and fruits and veggies.
Fruits and Veggies obviously...but smart fats as well...Lean meats, grilled chicken and white fish all help maintain your youthful features through a healthy lifestyle.
avacadoes are great to eat and also wipe on your skin and hair to keep healthy look. eat lots of raw vegetables will keep you looking young. aviod sugar maet dairy and peanutbutter. drink lot's of water.

brightly coloured fruit and veg like carrots, peppers, etc. i know you hear it all the time but it realli does work. Also drinking alot of water helps. I wouldnt go as far as to say drink 2litres a day cos ive tried tht and it makes you feel full all the time but swap your fizzy drinks for a glass of water and you will b on your way to looking younger. Also drinking milk will make you look younger as it strengthens your nails and makes your hair luk healthy so all together it makes you look younger!
