Is cheese bad or good for your digestive system?!
Answers: if lactose intolerant oh gosh no verry bad(for these people like me, my body no longer makes lactase the enzyme needed in the digestion of lactose and when it enters the intestines it explodes really not kidding asked doc about it once) for a good amount of people, it is constipating. if cheese is eaten with a well rounded diet high in soluable fiber(good fresh veggies and fruits) it's a wonderful asset to a healthy diet.
Neither...it doesn't do active harm; but it does contain many necessary nutrients. It's a very complete food, and there are so many delightful varieties.
Well, it's a good source of protein and calcium, which are two things that most people don't eat enough of. Also it can be used in many ways, and there are many varieties.
Of course some people are lactose intolerant, and I'd not advise them to eat cheese. But other than that, cheese is pretty good for people.
