I am hungry Is it wrong?!

Question: to eat in the middle of the night 3am

Answers: to eat in the middle of the night 3am

It's not wrong, but are you sure a glass of water won't do the trick?

I just did, I dont see anything wrong with it, I'm sleeping in tomorrw otherwise I'd worry I'd feel full tomorrow morning.

Probably if your tired and will sleep after you have eaten then maybe its not good for you. Its certainly not wrong though!

Nah......have a big bowl of Frosties & chill out mate!!

Cardinal sin, you're going to rot in hell!

you shouldnt eat at night

no go for the fruit loops, fo sho. tucan sam's my homie

Just once or a few times wont hurt you but try not to make a habit of it since your body wont turn the food you eat into energy. Instead, it will turn it into fat because your body will be in "sleeping mode" and not "breaking down food into vitamins mode".
Go on ahead and eat if youre hungry. :)

Of course not! It's like a midnight snack. :]

As long as it doesn't become a nightly thing it's just fine. I am actually headed to find a sweet snack before I turn in for the night. I heard there are donut holes in the house. :)

Its not wrong, but its not healthy for you to go to sleep after eating. Thats how we get chubby....

Nope. quite often eat at 3am, especially when I am on Night Shift. At the moment its 03.40 and I am am having Breakfast before going to work (04.30 start today).

no it is not wrong. i am also a night muncher.

hehe, naah if it's not too frequent. In fact,am having yogurt myself now.

No, however - take a glass of water when you go to bed.

Take 2-3 sips - try to rest.

Good luck.....x

Its not wrong, but don't eat anything too heavy

There is absolutely nothing wrong with eating at this time as it is the classic time for the blood glucose levels to be at their lowest, causing hunger. I frequently have to eat at this time, because though my blood sugars are normal at bed time after my supper insulin shot, it can fall very dramatically - and sometimes dangerously low.

Always eat when you are hungry, always drink when you are dry .... just do not eat to much or too heavy or you will get indegestion when you lie back down!
