Can you remember those liquorice flavour bits of wood ???!

We called it liquorice root and yes it's still available. Used to buy it from the sweet shop but health food shops and chemists stock it nowadays. I have seen it on many occasions.

it is actually pure liquorice plant, probably get it from natural foods or herbal remedies place

Yes I can remember them. We used to call them liquorice sticks or Spanish wood.
Haven`t seen any for years now.

Liquorice root, have not seen it for years but I would bet it is still available, I live 8 miles from Pontefract if you cant get it here I doubt it will be anywhere

Hey you must be talking about those liquorice type twisted sweets which kids usually chew,um yes,do't know if it's still available might have them in good health shops or offices they could usually have a nice bowl of liquorice.It's made form the liquorice plant which can also be used for medecines aswell as sweets.By the way it's not my favourite sweet.You could get it at chemists and pharmacists.
