Question: Where the lady fills her bag with food, I think it's to do with something that aids digestion? We were arguing over it in the coffee shop today haha! I'm SURE it's tablets and not a yoghurt drink?

Basically the lady treats her handbag/purse as her stomach and fills it with food liek scrapes her plate into it 8-|
