Zero point snacks for weigt watchers?!
Answers: anyone have good zero point snacks for weight watchers besides fruit and veggies?
Most fruits (with the exception of high fiber rasberries, blackberries, and strawberries) are not Zero points since they contain sugar.
Liven up the zero points veggies with Walden Farms Zero Calorie dressings. They make Bacon horseradish dip, Bleu cheese dip, French onion dip, Honey Mustard dip, Southwestern ranch dip, and Vegetable ranch dip... zero calories. These dips are great with carrot, celery sticks, cucumber, squash.
Or have a small tomato sprinkled with a bit of vinegar and salt & pepper.
Cauliflower or broccoli florets
1 T. grated Parmesan (steam some of the above and sprinkle with this)
A cup of broth, fat free, any type (I like to add some chopped greens and mushrooms for body and flavor)
Miso soup, with shredded greens and some mushrooms
