I usually get my cereal from trader joes. [O's or their brand of corn flakes.] if you don't have a trader joes just get some corn flakes! or special k. but corn flakes are my favorrrrritttteee!

Fiber One.

Well, it takes a while to get use to. Add milk, get use to it, and you'll have a clean system! As healthy as they come.

Honey bunches of Oats. I dont know how many grams of sugar it has but it is in the healthy section of the cereal aisle and it tastes GRRRRREAT!!!(Just like Frosted Flakes)

Cheerios with slice bananas , the bananas sweeten the cereal enough usually....so you really don't need sugar....
