u can eat fried eggs but not runny ones im like u i love runny eggs but sorry not why you are pregnant.....

Yes, of course! I presume when you say runny you don't mean completely raw?! Just as long as the runny bit is hot - no problem!

There is too much emphasis on what you can and can't eat. Have what you fancy in moderation but the advice is to thoroughly cook the eggs. Undercooked eggs can do more harm than good.

If you live in the uk, and buy eggs with the lion mark on they should be ok as they come from salmonella free flocks, I don't know about other countries. However it isn't wise to eat undercooked eggs when pregnant. Check with the midwife. If you do have one, make sure the eggs are REALLY fresh, not near the end of the sell by dates, and cook them as much as you can cope with!!!!

I don't see why not, just make sure it's cooked properly.
they never hurt me/ my babies, when I was pregnant.

You can only eat very-well cooked eggs while you are pregnant so be really careful.

yes you can provided it is not to excess it wont do you or your baby any harm

i think u can. I'm not sure. but not too much.
seriously, i think fat doesn't make your baby feel good when he will born.
i think better is not risk baby life with fatty.

Buy really fresh eggs and store them in the fridge. The main risk with runny eggs is salmonella, but it is mainly as issue with eggs that aren't stored correctly.

It is a small risk - but I ate pate and blue cheese through the last part of my pregnancy and had no problems. Depends how strong the cravings are...

Eat what you want. If it is fried eggs, just make sure that the yolk gets hot, but not too runny.

Dang, now I want one. Heading to the kitchen.

You are pregnant. You do not have a disease! Eat whatever you please in moderation - except for things like chocolate cake and éclairs, of which you must be very carefully.

It is a rare thing for a fetus to acquire whatever illness the mother might have during the pregnancy - it is prevented by the placenta.

I surely would, and did. I always indulged my cravings during pregnancy. Soft runny eggs in particular to dip my toast into.

im a mother of 3 and i have always eaten what i what when i wanted it with my oldest i had a craving for peanut butter and they tell you not to eat that but had it morning noon and night
i always had my steak med rare so for the egg as long as u cook it the way you allways have it will be fine

Runny egg nonono!, Always make sure your egg is well cooked, as theres always a chance of your baby catching salmonella.
