Do you like your pasta on a plate or in a bowl?!

Question: If the pasta dish is on the soupy side and has nothing that needs to be cut I serve it in pasta bowls. If it requires cutting....I use a plate.

on a plate for mee

easier to eat and to see

A bowl! Most of my family prefers to use a plate and I don't see why....

on a plate

Either way is good depends upon what type of pasta I am having.

Lasagna on a plate, rigatoni in a bowl... it depends on whiich pasta. The rule of thumb is a shallow wide rimmed bowl.

Either is fine.

In a bowl.

I like it in a bowl. It's easier to eat that way.

bowl please ;) it makes it easier when you dip your bread into the remaining sauce.

In a bowl.:)

depends on the type of pasta

Depends on how much sauce it has. If there's a lot I'll put it in a bowel, but I usually use plates.

I depends on the pasta, Lasagna, manicotti, jumbo stuffed shells and cannoli, I prefer on a plate.
Medium size pastas such as, rotini, bow ties, rigatoni, penne or spaghetti, fetucinni, or capellini, I prefer in a soup plate.
In bowls I like small pastas like: orzo or pepi bucato.

both, depends on the salad.

I could go either way. Spagetti always on a plate though so I can control the sauce to pasta distribution. If it's a totally coated pasta though, like alfredo, then sometimes I like a bowl so I can get more on my fork without it pushing all over the plate.

Most of the time on a plate

A bowl for me! To prevent it from slippin' around.

On a bowl with chop sticks. I am not chinesse but it is easier to eat while seating on the couch
