Straight out of the can just like popeye!
In salad. In an omelete is really good or in italian dishes. Boiled is good too, but I think it has a lot more nutrients and flavor fresh. I like my spinach green.
I like it either raw in a salad or in wilted spinach with bacon. Yummy.
Hidden in a four cheese manicotti.

in a salad, lasagna or curry.

I only like it when it's fresh from the garden: plain, with Ranch, Three cheese dressing or Italian dressing.... YUM!
I don't like it when it's been cooked though... yucky it gets all wilted and gross!!!
