Why can't you get dry roasted peanut butter?!
Answers: Just a thought.
Wow!!! Where the (beep) have you been my friend, underground or something? Forget about Georgia having the handle on the peanut. I will share with you this. There are trees all over Florida that have these...well, they have these small door like openings that allow you inside this incredibly delicious world of dry roasted peanut butter in which you mentioned.
Well, if you can supply your own fairy, you have a better chance of actually getting in. Once you are able to gain access to this Eden, for lack of a better word, you are privy to one of the best kept secrets I know of (that still is legal anyway.)
Of course, now that I think about it, you'll never get by those guards Johnstone. As they now carry these over sized tasers which have enough juice in them to send you into a veggie like state. I just don't think I could live with myself if you were to be hurt. Sorry to end any climactic thoughts you may have had just thinking of the.....
Well then until the next thought you post, remember this my friend, (now, for the intelligence someone once told me I had)........
Johnstone, did I say taser? I am sorry, I meant they are armed with lazers that can detect human body heat from a mile away. I just didn't want to scare you love. Again, my mistake. Oh, I usually require "C" batteries, and lots of them, but I too am a fan of the occasional 9-volt here and there.....Jen

So long as it doesn't have that dry roasted peanut smell whenever you open the jar I'd be for it.
If they were dry roasted first then there wouldn't be enough oil in the peanut to make the butter.
butter by it's nature is wet
if it was dry it would be dry roasted powder
lol not good for spreading
lmao

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=dry...
my peanut butter is made from dry roasted peanuts...its called "naturally more" and its the best peanut butter ever...it really does have that roasted taste but is sooo creamy...if u like dry peanut butter though, u cant just pour the oil off.
lol after all the other answers my tuppencewortht would be grind down a packet and add butter....will be trying it tonight!!!!thanx for the thought x
i dont like any kind of peanut butter
I HAVE READ SOME OF THE OTHER ANSWERS, AND I GUESS THERE IS A WAY TO HAVE DY ROASTED PEANUT BUTTER! I NEVER KNEW THAT, BUT I LIKE MY PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTH AND CREAMY, YEAH!!!
Because dry roasting renders most of the oil out of the peanuts. You need the oil to make the peanut butter buttery. If you just used dry roasted nuts and some vegetable oil, it wouldn't emulsify as well and you would get crushed dry roasted peanuts floating in oil.
The bread is dry so don't want a spread that taste dry too... we'll have to drink gallons of water after then as we will end up with a desert mouth x
thats like saying why cant you get salted peanut butter
